唐紙を2枚摺っていただき、そのうちの1枚をクリスマスツリーに仕上げる体験です。
版木は月替わりの版木3種、絵具2種、唐紙は20色以上の中からお選びください。
Print two sheets of Kyo-Karakami using traditional woodblocks, then fold one of your prints into a Christmas tree using ORIGAMI techniques.

Choose from three traditional woodblocks (which change monthly), two types of paint, and over 20 colors of washi paper.

和紙（鳥の子紙）に京からかみ文様を1枚摺り、御朱印帳に仕立てる体験です。

20色以上の鳥の子紙と、月替わりで3種類の版木をご用意しております。
完成した御朱印帳は当日お持ち帰りいただけます。

御朱印帳サイズ　W12×H18cm
You will choose your favorite motif from three woodblocks and print on the Washi paper selected from 20 colors.
We prepare differen patterns for each month from the authentic woodblocks used by our artisans. After printing Karakami, you make your own stampbook.

You will print Karakami by using genuine woodblocks with our traditional patterns and make a panel as an interior decoration.
You can choose your favourite colour of Washi paper made in Echizen. The patterns you can print also change monthly.

光が透ける特殊和紙に文様を摺り、立体的な陰影が美しいシェードの行灯に仕立てる体験です。
シェード・土台・LED照明は分解して、紙袋に入れてお持ち帰りいただけます。
（コードレスLEDランプ・竹集成材土台付き）

In this workshop, you print traditional patterns onto semi transparent washi paper that softly lets light through, then assemble it into a beautifully shaded lamp. The shade, wooden base, and LED light can be disassembled and carried home in a paper bag.

ミニ版木摺り体験 ― 選べるオプション ―
京からかみのミニ版木を用いてハガキサイズの紙に文様を摺る体験です。
9種類の文様を絵具2色に加え、ご自分で顔料を調合して作った色で摺ります。 ハガキは12色ご用意しています。
オプションで小型ノートづくり、または大小2枚のポチ袋作りをお選びいただけます。

― 期間限定 ― 11/16～12/15
選べるオプションに「ミニ行灯」が加わります。
光を透過する紙に摺って、小さな行灯が作れます。（ライト付き）
You can make hand-printed postcards using woodblocks with traditional patterns. Choose from 12 colors of paper and 9 patterns, and print with different colors. You can also make a small notebook or two small envelopes.

"Mini Lantern" has been added to the available options.
You can create a small lantern by printing on translucent paper. (Includes a light.)

唐紙摺り体験＋工房見学
唐紙の工房見学と、100年以上前から受け継がれてきた版木を使って唐紙を摺る体験です。 スタッフに教わりながら版木サイズ（約W47 × H30 cm）の唐紙3枚を摺ります。

月替わりの版木3種類・絵具2色・20色以上の鳥の子紙を自由に組み合わせた自分だけの唐紙は、 当日のお持ち帰りはもちろん、インテリアパネル等へお仕立ても承ります。（別途オプション）
In our studio you can experience all aspects of Karakami making.You will print by using genuine woodblocks which brought us over 100years.
You can combine three different woodblocks, more than 20 colours of Washi paper and two colours of paint to make three sheets of Karakami.
You will also have the opportunity to see the studio where the artisan is printing Karakami.

After learning about karagami, and you will visit historical sites and traditional crafts shops located around our shop, Karamaru.

We have parking available for one car and also offer bicycle parking.
If you would like to use these facilities, please contact us through the “Questions / Requests” section when making your reservation.

撮影していただいてかまいません。ただし、進行の妨げになるような長時間の撮影はご遠慮ください。また、他のお客様へのご配慮をお願いいたします。

You are welcome to take photos. However, please refrain from taking photos for long periods that might hinder the progress of the experience. We also ask that you be considerate of other guests.

特にお持ちいただくものはございません。また、衣服に絵具が付着することはほぼございませんのでご安心ください。
必要な方にはお貸し出しできるエプロンや腕カバーをご用意しております。

There is nothing in particular you need to bring. Also, please rest assured that paint will almost never get on your clothes.
We have aprons and arm sleeves available to lend to anyone who needs them.

空きがあれば、ご希望の体験枠を開放いたします。

“Request Reservations” refers to reservation slots starting at 4:00 PM.
If there is availability, we will make your preferred experience slot available.
Please use the inquiry form to let us know your preferred experience, desired date, and number of participants.

開始時間5分前までにはお越しいただきたいのですが、15分程度の遅刻であればできる範囲で対応いたします。
他のお客様もいらっしゃいますので、20分を過ぎる遅刻は別日程での振替、あるいは当日キャンセルとさせていただきます。

We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time, but we will do our best to accommodate you if you are up to 15 minutes late.
Since we have other clients as well, if you are more than 20 minutes late, we will either reschedule your appointment for another date or treat it as a same-day cancellation.

恐れ入りますが、通常体験での個別のリクエストには対応いたしかねます。
版木は100～200年近い貴重なもので、なおかつ職人が現役で使用しております。そのため、版木の保護を目的に月替わりとさせていただいております。あらかじめご了承ください。

オプションやオーダーメイドでのリクエストには対応しております。

We apologize, but we are unable to accommodate individual requests during our standard trial sessions.
Our printing blocks are precious artifacts dating back nearly 100 to 200 years, and they are still actively used by our artisans. For this reason, we rotate the blocks on a monthly basis to protect them. We appreciate your understanding.

We are happy to accommodate requests for optional extras or custom orders.
